Drummer Frost weg bij Keep of Kalessin

De Noorse black metalband Keep of Kalessin heeft afscheid genomen van drummer Frost (echte naam: Kjetil Haraldstad; zie foto).
"It's impossible to focus on the future with a drummer that is living 500 km. from where I live. It can be done with a vocalist because he doesn't have to be on every rehearsal in the songwriting process, but the drummer needs to be there at all times to try out new ideas and material. So we finally have decided to bring our old drummer, Vyl back into the band! His skills are far beyond what they were and our musical chemistry is just amazing."
Vyl (echte naam: Vegard Larsen) vervangt Mikael Duna in Subliritum sinds laatstgenoemde in 2001 uit de band vertrok. Of Vyl nu in twee bands blijft spelen, of de nadruk legt op Keep of Kalessin, blijft onduidelijk. In een reactie verklaart Vyl:
"Reclaiming the drum-throne! As some of you might have noticed, I'm back in the keeps of mighty Kalessin. Due to some non-musical issues I have been away from Keep of Kalessin for some time. But those things are straightened out and all in the past. (...) It is great satisfactory playing with people that are sharing my musical goals and visions, and pushing me, the music and individual skills to the absolute limit. This is what I'm here to do, and I will beat the living hell out of those drums."
