Frankie Banali, voormalig drummer van Quiet Riot, is te zien in de nieuwe advertentie van Ludwig die in het oktober-nummer van Modern Drummer staat.
"To many of you this may not be of particular importance, but to me it is monumental. When I was a young drummer, I remembered seeing ads for Ludwig Drums which included pictures of many of my favorite drummers such as John Bonham, Cozy Powell, Ian Paice, Buddy Rich, Ed Shaughnessy, Mitch Mitchell, to name just a few. I used to wonder what it would feel like to be lucky enough to be part of a Ludwig Drums ad. I can finally say, it feels wonderful!"
