Metaldrummer Ken Owen kiest voor country en blues

Owen doet namelijk mee aan het komende soloalbum van Jeff Walker, voormalig bassist/zanger van Carcass. Diens solodebuut bestaat louter uit country- en bluescovers van artiesten als Skeeter Davis, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Connie Smith en John Denver — al zal Walker's metalachtergrond af en toe hoorbaar zijn.

Een andere opvallende naam op het album is HIM-drummer Gas Lipstick (echte naam: Mikka Karppinen), die eveneens een bijdrage levert. Jeff Walker grapt over de gastmuzikanten:

"I like the irony of me doing a solo album and being the most untalented person on the album. I could play the instruments half-assed, but I think it's better to recognize your own failings and get someone else in who could do it better."

Fractured Transmitter Records brengt het album, getiteld "Welcome to Carcass Cuntry", uit in februari of maart 2006.

Eind 2004 vertelde Walker aan het blad Decibel:

"What I'm doing is kinda left of center to some extent. It's really not that original of an idea when you consider that Mike Ness [frontman of Social Distortion]has already done a country-hybrid album. But I don't think anyone from a background like mine has done it, and done it with a bit of respect — not turning it into a piss take."
