Nasum-drummer start nieuw project

Op de officiële website van de band heeft Jakobson de volgende update geplaatst:

"Yes, it's all ex-Nasum members in this project, and yes, there will be a great amount of grinding done, but no — this is not Nasum part 2, this is just a couple of friends who happen to like playing together catching up and making some music at the same time."

De muzikanten zijn dit weekend begonnen met het schrijven van de eerste nummers. Opnames staan ook gepland, maar nog niet meer dan dat.

Ander nieuws rondom de Zweedse formatie: de release van "Grind Finale", de complete Nasum-collectie, is wederom uitgesteld met enkele maanden. Naar verwachting komt het album nu in januari 2006 uit. Over de nieuwe vertraging schrijft Jakobson:

"The reason [for delay] this time is yet again a fuck up by the printer who printed the whole booklet on the wrong stock of paper — a superthin paper — so the booklet is too thin for the hardcover. I can't believe this fuck up, but again there's nothing we can do. This release deserves a high quality cover."
