Nate Gould neemt nieuw album op met Screamin’ Daemon

Nethaniel Gould, drummer van de Britse formatie Screamin’ Daemon, heeft een update over de band gegeven.
Het album wordt opgenomen in de Insomnia studio's te Norwich onder leiding van Reverend Trudgill, evenals het vorige album van de band.
Het debuutalbum "The Decline Of The English Murder", kwam in 2004 uit via IBD Records. Namens Screamin’ Daemon vertelt Nethaniel Gould:
"The new album will be issued via the same label. What you will get from this new release is quite different from the last, as the entire line-up is different barring Rev. Trudgill. With this new line-up we have done tours with Pungent Stench, Macabre and Bloodduster, with appearances at the Obscene Extreme, London Deathfest and Occultfest in Holland, amongst other things."
Volgens de drummer bestaat het nieuwe album uit een combinatie van technische maar brute deathmetal en blackmetal in het straatje van Emperor en Immortal. Gould voegt hieraan toe:
"But seeing as our sense of humor is as blackened as our music, we still combine the two, so the new album, called "The Genocide Gods", depicting the lifes and "achievements" of the worlds most evil, will still retain the lyrical approach of "The Decline..."."
De tracklisting bevat nummers met titels als Idi Amin The Butcher of Uganda, The Wicked Ways of Gille de Rais, Ivan The Terrible, Vlad the Impaler and Our Glorious Leader (Joseph Stalin).
