Francis Mark ontkent geruchten over stoppen
From Autumn To Ashes werkt aan nieuw album

Francis Mark, drummer en zanger in From Autumn To Ashes, heeft een verklaring afgegeven waarin hij de hardnekkige gerichten ontkent dat de formatie uit elkaar zou zijn of binnenkort zou gaan.
"It's true that we were expecting a breakup, mainly because over the past two years the band has been pointed in a direction that we never meant for it to go. Not musically, mind you. It's easy to say, 'I don't like this, I can't relate to it anymore so it's over.' Thankfully, we went on hiatus for the last few months and had a chance to clear our heads. We realized that at the end of the day we are all still very close friends and we love playing music together."
Volgens Francis Mark is het soms noodzakelijk dat muzikanten zich opnieuw herinneren waarom ze eigenlijk zijn begonnen met muziek maken. Terug naar de basis zogezegd, aldus de drummer:
"I'm just saying it's important to remember where you came from because for a while I forgot and I was miserable. Breaking up is the easy way out. I'd rather look at all the bad decisions that have been made and try to fix them."
From Autumn To Ashes' laatste album, "Abandon Your Friends", verscheen in augustus 2005.
