"The more time we spend in there working, the less I hear a 'single,' but who cares? I am really just digging the process. The record is really starting to sound cohesive and finished. I'd give it another week or two before I feel 'done,' but that's not that far away. I like to get done and then listen for anything I think I can better and redo."

"I would say there's elements of both [Jane's Addiction and Navarro's 2001 solo album "Trust No One"] to the music, but some of the stuff's a little more song-oriented than anything we've done before, and some of it's real experimental. So, as with everything that we've done, it's very diverse."
